What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy which aims to change the way you think and the way you behave on a daily basis. Instead of focusing on your past, CBT offers real, practical counselling - steps you can take in the here and now, so that every day brings you closer to your goal.

CBT is known to be highly effective for many problems. It is particularly appropriate if you are suffering from:
